What’s included in Waybird Lite?
Waybird Lite is our classic builder that allows you to create beautiful itineraries in minutes with live availability and dynamic pricing. You’ll have access to Waybird’s full content library of unique destination, hotel and experience write ups, our quirky snippets and images to add to your itinerary – or you can simply create your own. Then, when you’re ready to share with your clients, simply send a link or export a branded PDF. It’s as easy as that!
How much does it cost?
Waybird Lite is $199 per month – and there are no hidden extras. If you ever need more capability, you can upgrade to one of our other plans on your own timeline.
Is Waybird Lite for me?
Waybird Lite is for anyone who wants to create beautiful, client-ready proposals that wow, without the extra operational layers that we offer. It’s our most affordable plan and a simple solution to the backwards and forwards and time consuming admin that often comes with building and creating itineraries. If you later decide you want client dashboards, invoicing, receipts or financial tracking, you can add functionality or step up to Waybird Core without rebuilding a thing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Lite at any time, and everything you’ve created—content, pricing, itineraries—stays intact. There’s no data loss at all. Think of Lite as a great, agile starting point that grows with you when you’re ready.
Does Waybird Lite have any limitations?
Waybird Lite intentionally doesn’t include our ‘bells and whistles’ features like the guest dashboard, invoicing and receipts, financial tracking, or other end-to-end operational tools. Many of our users are simply looking for itinerary-building software with no added extras. But, if you are looking for more functionality, Waybird Core is the plan for you.
